REPRESENTATIVE PROJECTS

A sampling of our recent projects.

  • Mercy College Dormitory

  • Seth M. Mandelbaum of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP was pleased to represent Mercy College in connection with the local land use approvals on a $30 million, 350-bed dormitory currently under construction on its Dobbs Ferry campus. The four-story structure, located across from the Main Hall, will open to students in January, 2016.

MGS served as zoning and land use counsel for Mercy College on the project, which required Site Plan and Special Use Permit approvals from the Village of Dobbs Ferry, following an extensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process in accordance with the NY State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQRA).
