  • Kevin E. Staudt
  • Kevin E. Staudt is a Senior Associate with McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt LLP. He handles the firm’s tax litigation practice and has developed an expertise in working with local assessors and municipal attorneys to achieve successful outcomes in tax refund cases. The firm represents homeowners and owners of cooperative buildings, apartment buildings, condominiums, retail buildings, office buildings, industrial buildings, golf courses, recreational clubs and owners of other types of commercial properties.

A successful challenge to a property owner’s real estate tax assessment requires zealous advocacy, a knowledge of the local real estate market, and the litigation experience necessary to avoid the procedural pitfalls that may affect a potentially lucrative tax proceeding. Most property tax assessment challenges are handled on a contingent basis.

Staudt is a member of the New York State Bar. He received his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law where he participated in Mock Trial. He received a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

In addition to property tax litigation, Staudt practices municipal and land use litigation, trusts & estates litigation and personal injury.
